Welcome to my Naturofemmes project.

This is a topic very close to me. I know all too well how difficult it can be to feel calm and confident when we are hormonally out of balance. I know very well how mentally demanding the period of pregnancy, preparation for pregnancy or even loss is.


I also have extensive experience with early menopause, and I know from personal experience how meditation and emotional therapy have helped me with these issues. I currently practice hormone yoga among other things and continue to deepen my knowledge in order to best help my clients.

Working with emotions and old beliefs on the way to feeling good and yourself again.

You will be in good hands

The session with me consists in the fact that we will work with emotions and conscious communication with the body. Together with meditation and the Journey method (The Journey by Brandon Bays), I guide clients to open up with their emotions that they have long suppressed, even feared. Using proven techniques and my own experience and sensitivity, we will create a safe environment in which to explore these emotions together.

We often uncover unresolved issues, traumas and unhealthy beliefs in our clients. When these aspects, we can consciously get rid of them. By releasing what no longer serves you, you allow yourself to welcome more joy, true self-confidence, and more openness to love into your life. The session lasts approximately 1:30
